Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare precise and comprehensive quotations, ensuring all damage is captured and estimated accurately.
- Collaborate with the bodyshop team to assess damage, prepare quotes, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate repair schedules and customer mobility, including hire car arrangements and vehicle handovers.
- Actively sell our services and Zagame-partnered insurance products while maintaining high customer service standards.

- Manage incoming calls, emails, and inquiries, prioritising and directing them to the appropriate team members.
- Liaise with insurance companies, following up on assessment bookings, repair authorities, and payments.
- Schedule customer repairs, including arranging transportation as needed, and keep customers updated on their vehicle’s progress.
- Oversee loan vehicle allocation, manage related documentation, and ensure accurate record-keeping.
- Assist with administrative tasks, including creating repair orders, invoicing, and processing payments.
- Support the accounts department with inquiries and follow up on outstanding payments.
Skills & Experience:
- Exceptional customer service skills with a strong desire to assist clients.
